My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.

Wow! That was my first thought when I opened the box and removed this candle. I love the fragrance. It's soft and feminine yet not overly sweet. It reminds me of walking into a gift shop. Florals with a little earthy tone. So much fragrance coming from this candle.They've combined fig, jasmine, cedarwood, lavender, bergamot, and olive leaf. A truly unique combination that creates an amazing scent. It's quickly becoming my new favorite fragrance.It's a nice size one-wick candle that should last awhile. The frosted glass jar is 4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches in diameter. White candle, white frosted glass, and a nice simple white box that would make for a lovely gift.What more can I say. I love this candle!

I love love love the smell of this fig and olive leaf candle! I usually get headaches from candles with strong scents but this candle has a subtle and refreshing scent. It has hits of jasmine and cedar so it’s not too feminine or masculine. The scent is not overpowering and does a good job at filling the room with a wonderful scent. The wick burns cleanly without excessive smoke like other candles.It comes in a nice giftable box and made in the USA. The jar is a pretty opaque white which can repurposed when it’s empty. I appreciate that it’s made of soy wax that’s infused with essential oils. This makes it environmentally friendly and doesn’t produce harmful toxins when it burns. I’ll definitely buy more in other scents and gift them to friends and family!
