CALM: Decaf Ground Coffee

What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.

Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, check:

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
- Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.

I personally like this coffee. I received this from my sister. I'm giving it four stars because the bag doesn't seem to like to seal very well. I like the flavor profile of this and the smell is amazing. It's more on the acidic side because you definitely get the berry notes, but you do get the dark chocolate and vanilla notes too. I actually mixed this with a little bit of the Costa Rica Illy coffee and I grounded on French press and made a delicious cold brew. It is very smooth. I had it in the fridge for 22 hours.

I love the fact that this coffee is free of mold and other impurities. I used to get stomach pains while drinking other well known coffees. Now I do not have stomach pains. It also has a great taste.

I'm not a coffee drinker. Have had to cut back on tea. But, this is good stuff! Easy on the belly and I only have to use milk, no sugar. No bitterness. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. But, I understand it's one of the few coffees that test for heavy metals, so worth it.

Great coffee. I buy Purity Calm. This is very high in some specific anti oxidants that have health benefits like lowering prostate cancer risk. Tastes good but not like a strong Starbucks flavor so if that is what you want most, I'd look elsewhere. But if you like balanced coffee flavor, this is good stuff. And score very well for things like low mold and other things cheaper coffees often have.

This is the best coffee ever!! Absence of chemicals was the main reason I switched, but I stayed for the coffee. It's fabulous tasting and so smooth. This is the decaf version which is the best decaf I've had, no bitterness or aftertaste. The Balance version is reduced caffeine, but also tastes great. I just can't have caffeine anymore.
