American-Made Pillows & Mattresses Built for Better Sleep

Discover Stitchco, a family- and veteran-owned American sleep brand creating Talalay latex pillows and hybrid mattresses made in the USA with an unusually direct connection to domestic manufacturing.

Founder Ben Luelf grew up around his family’s cut-and-sew business and has worked in it since high school. When he created Stitchco, he spent more than two years sourcing the materials needed to produce a genuinely American-made pillow without compromising comfort or construction.

Stitchco pillows are made by American Stitchco, the family’s Arkansas manufacturer that has been sewing in the United States since 1983. The collection pairs Talalay latex cores with organic cotton covers and offers different firmness and loft combinations for stomach, back, and side sleepers. Stitchco has since expanded into American-made hybrid mattresses with multiple constructions and firmness choices.

It’s American manufacturing brought into one of the most personal places in the home: how we sleep.

Stitchco FAQs: American-Made Pillows, Mattresses & Better Sleep

Who founded Stitchco?

Stitchco was founded by Ben Luelf, who grew up around his family’s American cut-and-sew manufacturing business and began working there while still in high school. He later created Stitchco around a simple idea: make thoughtfully constructed sleep products while continuing to invest in American manufacturing and the communities behind it.

Where are Stitchco pillows made?

Stitchco pillows are made in Arkansas by American Stitchco, the family- and veteran-owned manufacturer that has been producing sewn goods in the United States since 1983. Stitchco says its pillow materials are manufactured in the USA and the pillows are produced by its own American manufacturing team.

What are Stitchco pillows made from?

Each pillow uses a Talalay latex core with an organic cotton zip cover. Stitchco’s Talalay formulation combines natural and synthetic latex for resilience, breathability, and consistent support, while the removable cotton cover can be machine washed.

How do I choose the right Stitchco pillow?

Stitchco offers three primary feels: Plush, Balance, and Support, along with low- and high-loft options. Plush is designed around a softer feel, Balance provides medium support, and Support is the firmest option, particularly suited to side sleepers or anyone who prefers more structure.

Does Stitchco make mattresses too?

Yes. Stitchco offers American-made hybrid mattresses including the Mockingbird, Apple Blossom, and Diamond, each available in Firm, Medium, and Plush options. The mattresses combine pocketed coils, comfort foams, and targeted latex support, with CertiPUR-US® certified foams.

Can I try a Stitchco pillow or mattress at home?

Yes. Stitchco offers a 30-night trial for pillows and a 100-night trial for mattresses, giving customers time to experience the product at home before deciding whether it is the right fit.
