Preppi is a Los Angeles-founded emergency preparedness company creating thoughtfully designed emergency kits for homes, offices, cars, families, children, pets, and travel. The company was founded in 2014 with the goal of making preparedness easier and less intimidating.

Preppi explicitly identifies several of its emergency kits and bags as Made in the USA or Made in Los Angeles. Its lifetime warranty also states that Preppi bags are made in the USA from materials including canvas and leather. Individual kit contents may include third-party products and components sourced separately.

Contents vary by model, but Preppi's 3-day kits are built around essential food, water, first-aid, lighting, shelter, communication, and practical emergency supplies. Many include additional items such as ponchos, space blankets, masks, whistles, multi-tools, radios, notebooks, and personal-care essentials.

Many Preppi kits include emergency food and water rations with up to a five-year shelf life. Customers should check the expiration dates of the individual supplies in their kit and replace them as needed.
