On family farms in California. The Bold oil is made from Koroneiki olives grown in the San Joaquin Valley.

How is the oil made?

What's the difference between Bold and Smooth?

Bold is rich and earthy with a peppery finish and Evie's highest polyphenol count (304 mg/kg), great for finishing and dipping. Smooth has a grassy, mellow flavor for everyday cooking, salads, and dipping bread.
