Vicky Allard and Joe Hanglin own Blake Hill Preserves. The business grew from Vicky’s family preserve-making tradition and homemade jams she began making from wild fruit around their Vermont farmhouse.

Every jar is created and made in Blake Hill’s Windsor, Vermont kitchen. The company moved into its current Windsor production facility in 2016 after outgrowing its original Grafton operation.

The collection includes fruit preserves, marmalades, spicy and savory jams, chutneys, chocolate spreads, pie fillings, cheese-pairing preserves, seasonal specialties, and gift sets.

The Naked Fruit Spreads are made without added cane sugar, flavorings, or sweeteners, allowing the fruit itself to provide the sweetness and flavor.

Blake Hill states that its preserve collection is vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, allergen-free, and OU Kosher Certified. Individual ingredients should still be reviewed by SKU for customers with specific dietary needs.

Yes. Blake Hill has earned awards from the Specialty Food Association’s sofi Awards, the Good Food Awards, and the World Marmalade Awards. Owners Vicky and Joe were also named the 2022 Vermont Small Business Persons of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
