Collection: Pluck

Organ-Based Seasoning Made for Everyday Meals

Discover Pluck, a chef-crafted seasoning brand that makes organ meats easier to enjoy by blending freeze-dried, grass-fed beef organs with organic herbs, spices, and unrefined salt.

Founded by professional chef James Barry, Pluck was created for people who want to incorporate whole-animal foods into everyday meals without cooking liver, kidney, or other organ meats separately. Its savory blends are designed to be used just like salt and pepper, adding rich umami flavor to eggs, meat, vegetables, popcorn, soups, pasta, tacos, and more.

The organ blend is sourced from pasture-raised, grass-fed and grass-finished cattle in New Zealand, while the seasoning blends feature certified organic herbs and spices.

This is not another capsule or complicated wellness ritual.
It is whole-food nutrition delivered through a seasoning you can actually use every day.

Pluck FAQs: Organ-Based Seasoning, Ingredients & Everyday Use

What is Pluck?

Pluck is a line of organ-based seasonings and whole-food powders made by combining freeze-dried beef organs with herbs, spices, and salt. The products are designed to make organ meats easier to add to familiar meals.

Does Pluck taste like organ meat?

No. Pluck describes its flavored seasonings as savory and familiar, with umami-rich flavor rather than the taste or texture of cooked organs. Available profiles include Original, Zesty Garlic, Southwest, Habanero Lime, and Cinnamon.

What organs are used in Pluck?

The Original blend includes beef liver, kidney, spleen, heart, and pancreas. Pluck also offers concentrated products such as Pure Organs and Pure Brain.

Where are the organ meats sourced?

Pluck sources its organs from pasture-raised cattle that are grass-fed, grass-finished, and raised without GMO feed or added hormones.

How do you use Pluck?

Use the flavored blends as you would salt and pepper. Sprinkle them over eggs, meat, fish, vegetables, grains, popcorn, tacos, pizza, soups, sauces, and dressings. Pure powders can also be blended into smoothies, broths, or other sweet and savory foods.

Does Pluck contain fillers or artificial additives?

Pluck states that its seasonings contain no fillers, artificial ingredients, anti-caking agents, or shelf stabilizers. The flavored blends use organic herbs and spices, organ meat, and salt.
