WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR A HAND PAINTED JACKET?

You can expect your painted jacket within 1 - 2 weeks after you place the order. In some cases, you will receive it quicker, and others, might be a bit longer (depending on the popularity of the style!)
WHERE ARE THE JACKETS PAINTED?

All jackets are hand painted by Gloria and her team in their NYC studio.
WHAT KIND OF PAINT IS USED FOR THE JACKETS?

We use only the best quality fabric paint for all of the jackets.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In the US, all jackets with no added personalization or customization can be returned for a refund or store credit, if unworn and in original condition, up to 14 days after delivery is received. Store credit has no expiration date.We do not offer free return shipping from international locations. We will accept international returns up to 14 days after delivery and issue a refund once we receive those goods.
