Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?

Candles and fragrance products

Cancellations and exchanges

THIS IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE SUNSCREEN I HAVE EVER USEDDDD, I even use it on my face and I get no burning eyes or white cast! It doesn’t break me out either!! despite the coconut oil and beeswax, the lenoleic acids in grapeseed and shea butter seem to counteract the oiliness because this is the perfect formula I hope the ratios never change. I use this all over my body and don’t get sunburnt at all. Will be religiously purchasing this from now on.

I am a professional athlete and we are in the sun every single day for over an hour in prime UV hours, when I started using this product it just doesn’t even compare to mainstream sunscreen brands. When I used mainstream brands it felt very oily and nasty on my skin, took hours to come off, and even after showering my skin still felt oily and greasy. This organic sunscreen is 10x better than that stuff. Doesn’t go on super white or heavy, moisturizes my skin, gives sun protection, and I use it anywhere above my shoulders. I use it every single day. Really great stuff to be honest. Definitely going to keep buying. Knocked it out of the park!

I’ve only used the product about 10 times but I think it works. I never get sunburned. It does make your face really oily, but if you blot it with a paper towel, it’s not that bad.!

I'm very satisfied with this product. Use it out in the sun for hours while sweating. Works great as a sunscreen and works good on dry skin, does not give that white film from the zinc oxide in it, very little. The lid keeps coming off and won't tighten, that's the only thing I know of that should be corrected because if you're carrying it with you or at the beach the sand and any other kinds of debris will get into the product and has. Otherwise I give it a five star.

I order this from the Butter Me Up Organics website and it’s the best sunscreen I’ve used. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t break me out, but it is thick- a little goes a long way. It’s organic so the shelf life isn’t super long, you’re better off getting a smaller container and reordering as needed.
