🥒 How to Use

1. Place 2–3 tablespoons of seeds in the jar.

2. Fill halfway with water, twist on lid, and cover with a towel for 8–12 hours.

3. Rinse and drain twice daily for 3–5 days until sprouts germinate.

4. After rinsing, store jar upside down on draining stand, covered with towel.

5. Once sprouts are ready, replace mesh lid with airtight lid and refrigerate.
