I recently decided I wanted a candle that smelled like fresh tomatoes bc it’s such a wonderful summery scent … and, well, I really love that smell you get when you pick one off the vine. So of course I searched Amazon to see if there even were such candles … and yes there are!! I tried another brand first. It was attractive looking but had absolutely no tomato smell. Then sent for this one which I was hesitant about since the first ingredient is lemon zest. But voila! When I opened the lid, beautiful tomato vine scent wafted up into my nose. Then when I lit it, I got the lovely smell of fresh tomato mixed with earthy vine! Beautiful. It has a good throw and shortly after lighting it, my kitchen was filled with the aroma. Not too strong, but definitely present. It also drifted into my living room where we were celebrating Mother’s Day and hubby, daughter and son-in-law all loved it as well. I immediately sent for another one so I can have this beautiful fresh scent all summer long!! Bought my sister one too!

Clean burning and richly scented this candle from Outdoor Fellow arrives beautifully gift boxed and ready to give. This is for me however, so I lit it right up! A wonderfully rich floral scent filled my home. The lilac really comes though, as well as a feminine warm amber smell. Very nice and clean. Definitely fresh springy floral smells that are rich and earthy, natural, not cloyingly fake. Made in the USA, these candles are a bit pricey, but they smell amazing and burn cleanly. When the candle is done, the glass cleans up nicely and makes a great little rocks glass, planter for a succulent, or even a bud vase. Perfect for Mother’s Day or as an Easter hostess gift.

This is a very nice smelling candle. It has a very strong scent even when not lit. The lid is very cheap though, especially for the price point. It’s like a thick paper styrofoam.

I love candles, and while I thought the price was a bit on the high side, I decided I wanted to try it. I am not disappointed by the fragrance. It has a nice, light floral scent. It isn’t strong or overwhelming at all. Because of the light scent, in my opinion, it’s better suited for smaller rooms. I put mine in the bathroom and I love it there. I really like the candle and it came nicely packaged but where it lost a star for me is he lid that came on it. They could have done better than a cardboard top that is flammable. It does have a warning on the bottom side to not place on lit candle but considering the lid should be made for something that is on fire it just seems like a terrible idea. It would have been better to not have a lid at all. The first thing I did was toss the top to ensure that no one accidentally put it on the lit candle to snuff it out. At the price point it really should have a better lid. Even cheap candles come with metal, glass or bamboo. It really makes the presentation of the candle cheap, and I expected more at the higher price point.

This candle has a nice scent. Unfortunately it isn’t great quality. The candle was really sloppy and messed up when I received w. The candle has fallen out of the glass holder and was kinda banged up. You can see in my picture how sloppy it looked when I put it back in. This doesn’t feel like a luxury candle worth the price.

Just love the fragrance of this candle. So refreshing and soothing. We have used up almost half of this candle now over the last 10 days, but I can safely say it has real good long burning hours.
However, I want to point out a small concern. The flame becomes very long (tall?), and I am a bit concerned sometimes.
But overall, this candle is very beautiful, very nice fragrance. Great gift for friends/families too.

A super high quality candle. I swear it weighs 5 pounds. Nice packaging and candle cover. Very strong scent even before you light the wick. Jasmine and many other flowers oils are combined to make this a floral lover's all time scent. I love flowers but make sure if it's a gift that this is the type of scent that is pleasing to the person you are buying it for. It's handcrafted in the USA which I trust.

The Outdoor Fellow candle is very fragrant! Out of the box and you will smell the very nice floral scent before lighting it.

It is a soft wax, soy-like, which burns nicely. After an hour you can smell the sweet floral fragrance, but it is not overwhelming. I know this will be the candle that people say, "it smells so nice!" Love it!

I love the unique scents of jasmine, amber, pink peonies (my personal favorite), and lilacs that will make any room smell like springtime.

It makes a wonderful keepsake for yourself or a friend. I plan to purchase some to give as a housewarming gift.

When your candle is all used up, wash it, and you can now reuse it as a stylish on-the-rocks glass. Also, this is made in the USA. I’m passionate about having items in my home that are made in America.

Lilac is one of my absolute favorite spring scents, so I was so pleased to get this. The smell is lovely, and you can really get the back note of peony flowers as well. I burned mine in a candle warmer, and I wouldn’t say that the scent is far reaching, but it did permeate the room that the warmer was in. That was a little disappointing, I had hoped for the scent to travel a little further. For the price of $35, I feel like a candle of that size should be a bit stronger. Nevertheless, the scent is really lovely and I will be burning it all spring.

This candle is well-made with a clean wick and clean burn wax. The Winter Fir scent is absolutely divine. And the glass container, the rubber seal lid, and the printed label evoke a more luxurious candle so you can feel good about gifting this one. Especially since the price point is so reasonable compared to popular luxury brands. The candles scents are all about outdoorsy/natural smells (it's in the name of the brand). I look forward to trying the others. Recommended.

I was very disappointed when this arrived. I was looking forward to burning it this spring. The cold throw is pleasant and I can really pick up the lilac and peony scents. Unfortunately, in the condition it is in, I cannot burn it. It comes in a thin pasteboard type box. There are small shards of glass inside the box as well.

2/20/2024 Update: Excellent customer service. They reached out to me and sent a replacement without question. I will update with new pictures soon. I love the cold throw of this and am saving it for the spring.

3/16/2024 Update: I received the replacement candle without incident. I look forward to burning this candle next. I will update this review after I burn the candle.

I can’t smell either the pine or the sandalwood. It smells OK, but I wouldn’t buy this candle again even though it came highly recommended on my favorite website: Pure Wow. It also burns with too much smoke.

Best smelling candle out there!!! My absolute favorite! The tomato vine scent is not overpowering. It leaves just the right amount of scent in the room. 10/10 recommend.

These are the only candles I buy now. The scents are amazing and fill the rooms. They are a little pricey but are tons better than other candles. The wicks sometimes mushroom and burns black if burning to long, but I trim it.

These smell wonderful

I have burned the Tomato Vine and the Winter Fir and I'M IN LOVE! The scents are so full and fresh, and they fill up the space perfectly. Both candles burned all the way down allowing me to use up all the wax. I've gifted a few candles as well and everyone has given rave reviews. I can't wait to try all of the other scents- I'm an Outdoor Fellow fan for life!

Recently bought this beautiful scent (Tomato Vine) and smells exactly like fresh tomato vines. Burns clean, smells fresh, and fills the whole house like a summer garden (although would re-purchase to burn during the fall season as well. So pleased with this quality purchase!
