Details

Calendula is anti-inflammatory, helping to reduce redness, treat eczema, and fight acne. It's also great for skin barrier support since it's packed with fatty acids. It is perfect for treating aging skin and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. It contains Triterpenoids, flavonoids, carotenoids, saponins, polysaccharides, and other active antioxidants.

Chamomile Reduces redness, fights aging, and fades scars, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. It also helps to fight eczema and dermatitis. Helps to soften and brighten the skin and address inflammation and irritation. Also has been known to help balance oily skin. It is rich in polyphenols and is known to help treat acne.

Helichrysum This herb is anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and has antiseptic properties. It is cell rejuvenating and helps to treat scar tissue, dermatitis, and acne.

Shea Butter Shea Butter is packed with vitamins and nutrients. It helps that dry skin with its high fatty acid content and helps to strengthen the skin barrier. Shea butter is also anti-inflammatory and helps to reduce redness or various skin issues, and has two different forms of antioxidants that help protect skin cells and fight aging. It is also packed with vitamins A and E and has been known to help treat eczema. 

Jojoba Oil (Steeped with flowers) This oil is a lightweight and absorbent wax ester that is non-greasy, rich in vitamin E and antioxidants that helps to maintain skin hydration and fight acne. Jojoba oil mimics human skin's natural sebum, so it helps balance the oil production of the skin.

An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

What cannot be returned?

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:

  • The item and the reported issue
  • The product packaging and seals
  • The outer shipping package and shipping label

Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

Who pays return shipping?

Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?

Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
  • Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.

Candles and fragrance products

Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.

Cancellations and exchanges

Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.
