I want to preface this review by saying I have never written a review in my life. I am currently 6 weeks postpartum and have been mentally struggling with not being able to obtain a significant milk supply. I struggle with seeing other moms show how much they can pump in one session when I feel like I hardly get anything- on top of all the other postpartum things you are going through it’s mentally exhausting. I have just enough to feed my daughter and maybe a few extra ounces for a single bottle but that’s not enough for when I have to return to work. I have only been taking these pills for two days and my pumping output went from 0.5-2 ounces per pumping session to now 5 ounces per pumping session… And I have only been taking two pills a day. I can’t tell you how happy this made me- I feel like there’s hope for my breastfeeding journey.Highly recommend to any mom struggling with output to give these pills a shot- what have you got to lose?

Anyone who says this tastes good or "not bad" is lying to you. But honestly, I have the easiest fix! See the little medicine cup? I simply drop the motherlove in there, and pour a tiny bit of orange juice with it (like 6-8cc, just enough to dilute it a bit). The OJ works perfect for covering up that taste, and it doesnt even bother me at all anymore. This product saved us. My daughter is 8 months old and my supply started to drop... thought I was going to have to stop breastfeeding all together. A friend recommended this product and thank goodness after 3 days of taking it 4x/day (along with adding a middle of the night pump session around 4am), my supply went back up and my freezer stash is growing again! I now only take this twice a day. Its a wonderful product and Im so glad I discovered it. Just reordered my second bottle.

God sent!!! I now have 150 oz in my deep freeze for my baby girl! His product really has busted my supply. within 48 hours my supply went way up. I take them before bed and then when I wake up to pump during the night and hen my 3 time again when I'm up for the day. That way I can focus on drinking a ton of water during the day that has worked very well!I have noticed my baby spit up a lot more but talked to a pact ion consultant and she said just to keep her upright after feeding, this helped with the spitting up. No tummy issues for both baby and myself, no fuzziness, and baby is gaining healthy weight.

My daughter is highly allergic to formula literally every kind we tried and some worse then others! She lost over 2lbs before she was two weeks old due to this, we went thru many doctors many tests different medications, dietitians everything finally I decided to try breastfeeding, my milk supply was pretty much dried up after 3 weeks of having her and I wasn't pumping nor breast feeding. Lists of work and I built my supply up! Yay well after she put the weight on and 6 months later she's healthy at a great weight I woke up one morning and keep in mind I exclusively pump, and what wait where did my milk go!!!! Not even joking I was luck to get an once both sides each time I pumped 2-3 hrs apart. I started taking these and about a day and half later I woke up pumped I was getting 3-4 oz for my morning pump 😭 Not even enough to give her one bottle well with these I pumped 11 oz yes that much of an increase!!!! I would recommend these! The only down fall is price I weigh 178 so I take 2 capsules 3 times daily with that being said the small bottle at $25 only last me 10 days 😭 So I'm stuck it's the only thing that has worked for us.Check out my Facebook group for more reviews[...]

Really works! My lactation specialist recommended this brand. I ahead have so many vitamins I take so I wanted to purchase this tincture rather than pills. At first I was putting the tincture straight on my tongue.. horrible- do not recommend. Now I add 4 measurements into my daily electrolyte drink and it’s great! My supply dropped a lot at 6 months pp. Went from 7oz each pump, down to 2oz. Now I’m back up to 5-7oz.

I have tried many different brands and this stuff really works!! Definitely recommend it for a little milk boost! I am now able to feed my daughter and pump after the feedings and still get a few oz! Only downside is having to take the supplement multiple times a day!

I was looking to get my milk supply up and I was gifted some other products from this brand. I absolutely loved the items I received so I decided to give this product a go! And it did not disappoint. I was looking to increase my supply to start my freezer stash before I headed back to work. I have nothing but great things to say about this tincture. It really helped out and recommended it to all my mama friends.

At first I thought the gel-like substance meant the pills went bad but I emailed and they are supposed to be like that! No actually liquid but tar like consistency.I needing these when I started my period back 4mo postpartum, my milk production tanked and these seemed to really help! As long as I took the recommended amount.

Did not help any with production, and made both the wife and baby extremely gassy. Since this a proprietary blend you also have no idea exatly what % of anything is in it.Edit: the company has contacted me and apologized that it didn't not work for us. I appreciate the effort and the fact they recognize this may not work for everyone and willing to make things right.

I could never really tell if they actually work or not. I feel like they worked the first couple times but after that I didn’t see a help in change of breast milk with them.

So I just got this product. I'm eager to see some results. I'll definitely update this review once I notice some changes, but MAN the taste has me gagging every time. Imagine mothers milk tea but fermented! That's what it taste like. I have to really fight to swallow it.**Update**So despite the horrible taste, I actually was having such a hard time swallowing it that I stopped for a few weeks. I started back on it because I'm desperate for my milk to come in better and started putting the drops in some kind of juice that I have at the tike, whether it's Gatorade or apple juice etc. It definitely helps reduce the strong and unbearable flavor of the drops. Since doing this my milk is slowly improving. In the mornings my first pump has been at most 5-6oz and today I finally reached 8oz! So this product is working. I want to mention though that I'm taking fenugreek supplements and doubling up on prenatals as well as chugging water as much as I can.

I started taking this based on my OBGYN’s recommendation. This definitely worked to increase my milk supply fairly quickly. Within 48 hours, I was producing 2-3 times as much milk. I kept taking it for a couple weeks, and suddenly my baby became very fussy and gassy. She was inconsolable for hours on end. Her diapers started smelling like maple syrup, so I attribute the gassiness to the supplement. I can’t say I “recommend” taking it, because I’m sure this works on a case by case basis. Just watch out for baby developing gas pains, and you may want to discontinue use if that occurs. It should resolve pretty quickly after stopping the supplement.

I know when I don't use it, my supply is slower and little lower. When I use it , it seems to help. The flavor isn't great, but the goal is more important to me. I think it helps, I do notice the difference. I'd be fool to continue buying this product if it didn't...but I'm still waiting to fill up my freezer with breastmilk as some claim.

I struggled with breastfeeding in the beginning with my daughter. My milk wasn't coming in and I had to make the difficult decision to put her on formula to ensure she was being taken care of. My sister told me about this brand so I did my research & decided to give More Milk Plus a try as my last resort before giving up on nursing all together. On my second day of taking these my supply came in & I was able to get my daughter off formula & now breastfeed exclusively. This product works well & is simply a fraction of what formula would cost! Give it a try if you are struggling with supply issues & I bet you will be as happy as I was/am.

This was recommended to me by my son’s pediatrician. It works great! I was skeptical because the mother’s milk tea didn’t really help me and it has very similar ingredients. I splurged and bought these and don’t even use them as often as I should, but have found a decent increase in my milk supply even just taking 1 a day! I was having a lack of milk supply by about 5 ounces a day (a full feeding) for my baby. I exclusively pump due to him refusing to latch after months of trying, so supply dropped a bit. This not only provided that feeding for him, but some for freezer storage every couple of days! It’s worth the money if you really want to stick to breast milk and need that boost! They recommend taking three times a day, and take 2 at a time three times daily if you’re over 170lbs. I’m like 230lbs (I haven’t lost like any weight after birth lol) and I still only take 1-2 a day and it helps. It would REALLY help if I used as directed lol.

A few weeks ago I was really struggling with milk supply. My little guy would fuss on the boob anytime he ate in the afternoon or before bed so his pediatrician suggested I try more milk plus in liquid form. It honestly started working in a day. My boobs felt more full and my little guy hasn’t struggled to get milk from me since. I started it on 10/15/20 and it’s 10/26/20 and it’s still working great. It taste absolutely terrible and I take it four times a day. It also gives my little guy dark green poops and a little bit of diaper rash but the pediatrician said it was okay and because of the minerals in it. But I will take dark green poop and a terrible taste if it means my little guy will be getting the nutrition he needs and can continue to breastfeed.

This pill definitely helped boost my milk supply. It’s easy to take and doesn’t have any weird taste to it. Like any supplement though I always recommend to people to start with just 1 pill once a day. This is something new that is being added to your body. And so that is what I did. I took 1 pill once a day in the evening when supply was low for me. Cause I wasn’t making more then 2 ounces. I did this for about four days till I felt I wasn’t having issues. Ex: farting, bloat. First night I took it I was farting and a little bloated. After the few days it got better. Then I increased to 2 pills once a day in the evening. This is the max amount of pills I’ve taken since my milk supply with 2 pills has doubled. And I felt that was plenty. I got a little more gassy. But nothing I couldn’t handle. Also with these pills they work best drinking a lot of water. Which is ideal for breastfeeding anyways. I consumed about a gallon a day if not more. This helped me keep bloat and gas at bay.In regards to how my baby did, I didn’t notice any extra fussiness. He did fart a bit more then normal. And if he was fussy due to his farts I put a warm rice sock on his belly and that eased them right out. His been overly happy and well fed since taking these and I have had to use less formula (which makes me happy) he is 2 months old drinking 4 to 5 ounces. Also as a side note I do give him probiotics which I would recommend to anyone who has a baby proned to being “Constipated”, gassy, or fussy. This has allowed my little one to poop twice a day unlike before. I would recommend women try these if they have been having a hard time keeping supply and nursing or pumping all the time. Just remember to take it slow with the pills and that will make the transition for you and baby a lot smoother :)

I’ve used More Milk products for over 10 years and recommend it to all of my mom friends who want to supplement their breast milk supply. This product tastes different since it has alcohol. I should have paid closer attention to the product label as it indicates that it does have alcohol. I would never purchase this one again and I’m considering discontinuing the use of Motherlove products. I also haven’t seen the results I used to in the past; could be me or could be the product.

I used to have very good milk supply. My milk supply reduced to 600 ML recently while my baby need around 750 ML per day. I took my doctor's advice to get the moremilk to increase my milk supply. I read through most of the commons. It also makes me hesitate to take this as there might be some issue to the baby, like gassy and fussy. As my milk supply reduced from 800 ml to 600 ml last Monday, I tried more milk last Wednesday, I gave my baby some fresh pumped milk during that night. She's fine. I continue to take 4 capsule per day. My milk supply increased to 700 ML. I think it's a really good product which helps to get more milk. This helps me a lot. I gave my daughter a little bit more solid food and some water, and 700ml milk is enough for her. If I only give her 600 ml milk, we need to consider to feed her with formula.It works for me!

This product is amazing and does work excellent if taken as directed. I used it for 12months while I exclusively pumped for my son and have been using it for 15 months while breastfeeding/pumping for my daughter. I'm convinced that without this I never would have made it so long with each kid. Being a working mom, my supply always tanks when I head back to work and start pumping, but this helps me to keep producing enough for my babies. I am a labor and delivery nurse and recommend this to all patients who are concerned about supply along with lecithin capsules to prevent plugged ducts. This stuff really works, but you have to be careful and make sure to empty breasts (pump or nurse) regularly. If not you could develop a plugged duct. If you take the lecithin a few times a day you should be fine and not develop any plugs. It does tastes horrible, but the flavor dissipates quickly. It works best if you take it by itself with nothing to eat or drink 15min before and 15min after talking it. It's worth every penny. You won't be disappointed.

I've been a low-producer since my little guy was born. I even pumped after every single feeding for a couple weeks, and still couldn't pump more than an ounce or two total. I tried taking the Motherlove supplement & definitely noticed a boost. If I could stay home & EBF, I think I'd be fine. But, returning to work means I have to pump - and I'm a very low pumper. I'm still trying additional things (changing up pump flange inserts, eating loads of oatmeal, more recently added brewer's yeast & flaxseed to my daily oatmeal). Slowly but surely, I'm able to pump more & more each day. The first real change in production I noticed was taking these every day.

I like the product very much because it seems to increase my milk supply. The only request I have is that a very brief caption be provided to inform consumers of how the milk supply will increase, whether it will be gradual and stay at the level reached after terminating its consumption or if it has to be continuously taken while breastfeeding.
