What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Carrier transit begins after processing is complete and the package has been accepted for shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
- Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

Premium tortilla chip with only three ingredients - corn, 100% grass, fed beef, tallow, and sea salt. I love that these are as natural as possible. They are also non-GMO, gluten-free, vegetable oil, free, and naturally nixtamalized. I don't I've ever had nixtamalized tortilla chips before but this is legit because it enhances the nutrients and makes it digest easier. Flavor is not compromised and the chips have a serious crunch. They hold their own well when used in dips and don't break easily.

I love the taste and crunch of these chips, but I just can't afford them. It's very sad because I really enjoyed them. Plus, I love the healthy ingredients. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income so they cost to much for budget. I gave 4 stars because of the price. If you can afford them, then I definitely recommend them.

Wow. Just tried these for the first time. They are so good. Perfect crunch. You can tell they don’t have seed oils in them. I very much try to eat healthy and these are 100% worth the cost. Buy them even if you’re on the fence.

These taste fantastic. However, they are way too expensive. That’s why I gave it a four star. They have a very clean corn taste with a great crunch.

It goes well with nacho dishes where there’s a lot of toppings since the thickness of the chip makes it easier to hold all the toppings without the chip breaking compared to other tortilla chips.Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this MASA product because it has white tortilla chips. The chip is thicker than most, very good in a medium, medium hot salsa, and/or queso sauce. We like the natural chip in fried in tallow, but the price does not justify another purchase. The chip was tested by various family members, giving the following ratings B + to A +, then you tell them the price and they all stated: no thank you. Not paying $ 16.00 for a 5 ounce bag. Gourmet on not, it’s expensive.The oldest child said maybe $ 16.00 for a 20 ounce bag…!We feel it was a good try.Make it a Great Day

Thick crispy chips that are perfect for dipping. Generally tortilla chips crumble when dipping, but these are awesome. Can't wait to try the other flavors.
