Gummy flavor and texture are quite nice! To me tastes like a cocounut-y unusally gummy candy with no aftertaste that would make me think it was a supplement. Maybe just some sort of weird healthy candy? Although it's definitely sweet/sugary. 1 is a very easy dose to take tooI get periodic body pains- sciatic/piriformis/SI/joints/arthritis/neck etc and I hate overusing ibuprofen. Did this help? Doesn't seem like there were any clear results unfortunately, though. So if you have chronic problems maybe try something else. Value for product w/o effectiveness for me are steep although ingredients seem harmless?The gummies in the photos look more like cubes instead of the flat squares they are which was weird to me...

I like these inflammation support gummies!I find that they work quite well.I have recurring knee pain and generally like to take an anti-inflammatory product to help with that, as well as for skin quality and overall health support.Inflammation in the body can cause so many problems, so I think it’s a good idea to just keep up with supplementation to manage it.Previously, I was using a liquid turmeric supplement that I quite liked, but was curious about how a gummy would compare, so I tried this product.I found that it was fairly comparable! I swapped in these gummies for the liquid turmeric, and didn’t notice any changes that I would typically be associated with increased inflammation. My knees still felt good, my skin stayed clear, appetite and sleep remained normal.After taking about 3/4 of the bottle (1 gummy a day for ~3 weeks), I paused to see if anything would change. Within days, I noticed an ache in my knees when I would get off the couch lol. I also became very hungry. Like hungry mungry, tearing through my pantry like a tasmanian devil.So I think these gummies do work.I also greatly appreciate that this blend does NOT include lion’s mane. I don’t tolerate lion’s mane well, and it feels like every mushroom supplement brand just throws it in for fun.I am always thrilled to find formulations that leave it out when it’s not integral to the intended goal of the supplement, and I have found that Baker’s Botanics is generally quite judicious about using it.On the flavor, it was interesting. It tasted a lot like fruit leather and had a similar texture. It seemed very natural, which is in line with the vegan, gluten-free thing.But yeah! I like these gummies; I think they work well and are easy to take in the morning. Everyone’s body responds differently to botanics, so gotta manage expectations, but I think these are worth a try for anyone looking for a quality, reasonably-priced anti-inflammatory supplement!
