What is processing time?

- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I love how soft my skin feels despite the dry cold weather. I have found my favorite application is right after I shower- legs and elbows primarily! A little goes a long way so just shake out a few drops and that does the trick. Nice subtle scent. Really happy with the quality of this oil.

First of all, this oil (product) is created in the United States, which is fantastic. This deos reflected its higher cost.What can I say? I'm pleasantly surprised and really happy.The ingredients that are in this oil are incredible, many of which I've never heard of. When I used this oil on my hands and face, I felt a tingling sensation within a minute, which was caused by its rapid acting ingredients. Most oils, no matter how pricey, do not have this effect.I was expecting a big scent, but to my surprise, there is almost no scent when you smell the oil in the bottle, only a tiny pleasant scent when applied.I definitely recommend this oil.

I am madly in love with Wonder Valley's Hinoki Body Oil. It has a crisp and warm fragrance that is not gender-specific. THe oil itself is sort of a dry oil - nongreasy yet deeply hydrating. It melts into skin, banishing ashy, flaky patches. A little bit goes a long way, and my skin feels more deeply hydrated and supple with continuous use. It is ideal to use immediately after showering and won't leave skin feeling greasy.

Very nice oil that absorbs into my skin quickly and is very hydrating! I make sure to exfoliate well in the shower before using so it's not just sitting atop dry, dead skin. This is my first time trying hinoki body oil. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed with the scent. To me, it smells like fresh sawdust and it has a bit of a campfire scent. Both of those things are nice, but it was very strong. Within an hour of massaging it into my skin, I could not longer smell the scent and my family confirmed that it was very light and not strong or overpowering. The oil itself is lovely. It doesn't make me look or feel oily and it absorbs quickly and easily into my skin. My skin looks and feels more hydrated. The price point makes this feel like a luxury item and the quality does, as well.

This is a gorgeous body oil! It smells like woods, a very natural and neutral scent. The oil has a dry consistency and it soaks into my skin very quickly. Normally I'd have to wash my hands after applying a body oil, but not with this one! It does not leave me oily or slippery. It feels great and smells amazing, I love it.

This Wonder Valley Hinoko Body Oil has a very pleasant, light fragrance. The oil is easy to spread and absorbs fairly quickly. I can remember using baby oil on my skin many years ago and it just sat on top of my skin until I wiped it off. This Hinoki Body Oil absorbs and left my skin feeling nourished. If you are looking for something different to nourish your skin give this body oil a try. I am really happy that I ordered this and am going to enjoy every drop!

This body oil smells so good! It's a wonderful unisex scent, spot-on hinoki, nothing fake smelling. Once on, I don't think it's a super strong smell, but I do smell it a little throughout the day. A little of the this oil goes a long way for me, and it's worth the price for the high quality product and gorgeous glass bottle.
