    What is processing time?

    Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

    Who pays return shipping?

    Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
    When will my refund be issued?

    Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

    Candles and fragrance products

    Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

    Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.

    Cancellations and exchanges

    Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

    The Story behind FATCO Skincare Products

    FATCO stands out because it was making tallow skincare long before tallow became a beauty trend.

    Founder Cassy Burnvoth came to skincare through an engineering background and an interest in ancestral nutrition. After researching grass-fed tallow, she began formulating products herself and built FATCO around the same philosophy she applied to food: keep ingredients recognizable and purposeful.
