I received a used item with a broken seal. This is unsanitary and I want my refund. I can’t use it because it arrived used with a broken seal.

Update: I originally gave this product 1 star but i will change it to 5 stars because i am too cheap to throw the product away and decided to just remove the top layer because it arrived opened with dents. Next time i will get it at Target and make sure the seal is NOT broken. I changed my review to 5 stars because I had a seb dermatitis rash around my mouth for a year and a half. I spent thousands of dollars trying to get rid of it, nothing worked but after using this ever since it arrived my face rash has went away for the first time in a long time. I cant believe it, this balm is a miracle. I leave it in the freezer to get cold and apply after I wash my skin. This is a beautiful product and i cant believe something is actually working. Im so glad I didnt throw this away. I will keep buying this product in the future but from Target.

I've been using fat sticks for about 9 years. it's my go-to for lips, face, nails, cuticles and just about anything else that needs soothing and hydration.

This is my second time buying Fatco. It is great lip balm. Tastes good too and so smooth.

Even my son loves it! And he tries to eat it. Does not sting. Works for boys and moms!!

I’ve been suffering from extremely dry, chapped lips and nothing has worked. In fact, many of the various products I’ve tried have made my lips more chapped and dry.

Someone suggested I find something with actual animal fats, that the animal fat would be compatible with my body and work better.

Unfortunately, my first order arrived opened and one of the seals was broken, and the product used. The seller promptly sent me a replacement order.

I cannot believe how well this stuff works. Not only on my dry, chapped lips, but on my face and neck. It’s not greasy and my skin is able to absorb it.

I woke up this morning without dry, chapped spots on my lips. Absolutely amazing! I really, really like these Fat Sticks!

This lemon flavor was way more grainy than the last one I had which was orange vanilla.

OMG, I love this stick so much!!! I am severely allergic to anything that goes near my eyes - I’ve tried cold pressed oils, butters, etc; and still, nothing I could use around my eyes until this! I can only assume it must be the tallow that neutralizes whatever reaction I’d normally have. I was even able to put it on my eyelids and under eyes with no reaction! I wasn’t even planning on using it for these areas, so this is such a legit surprise. I’m using it to keep my face from peeling off in chunks every time I use the prescription retinol, and it works exactly how I wanted it to with the tallow being able to lock in moisture in a way most other ingredients can’t. This is def a game changer, totally genius to use tallow in cosmetics, i’m impressed!

I use it on my lips, cheeks and cuticles, which all take a beating in our WY winters. Only complaint is it would be nice if the peppermint could be a little stronger. Would love to find something of good quality like this that had the tingly peppermint of the candy cane chapstick! Love that stuff, but need a real moisturizer and have never been able to find the best of both worlds.

My hands get super dry in the winter and I have less intense form of eczema during the cold weather. I apply this on the back of my hands at night time and it keeps my hands moisturized without being greasy. The product absorbs well into my skin and leaving it smooth and protected. Will purchase again! Literally saving my hands this winter :) Cannot recommend enough.

Winter months are here and my nose and lips are chapped. This thing is always in my pocket! My son also has eczema and this is wonderful while we are out of he's itching.

I don’t normally write lip balm reviews, but this stuff is really that good. I’m a serial lip balm buyer and trier… a sucker for nice smells and cute packaging. This is one of the few that I’ve started buying regularly.

This is an expensive lip balm for me, but because they’re so big, they last forever. It feels different from other moisturizers - it feels like a thick protective layer and smells divine with lavender and minty freshness.

I mainly use it in my lips, but also love how handy it is for hand moisturizer, especially when traveling - no need for liquids!

This is my 3rd Fatco stick & I’ve loved them all! GREAT moisturizer for lips. I do which they had some sunscreen to dab quickly on my grandson’s nose & cheeks.

I use this daily in the morning and it’s amazing. Love the feel, it’s not sticky at all.

I’ve tried everything on my big lips, now I’ve finally found the best! They require a LOT of moisture. Others dried my lips or tasted bad. I always come back to my Fatco sticks! I love all the flavors but my favorite is the Peppermint lavender. Lemon honey next. It gives the best moisture. I use it all day and then at night for healing and wake up with super soft lips. The huge amount they give you in each tube lasts forever, even tho I use mine throughout the day. If I don’t keep my lips moist all the time, they get cracked and are a mess. Fatco has saved them. Don’t waste your money on 30.00 treatments, buy this stuff! It’s the real deal and it doesn’t taste like nasty chemicals either. I absolutely love it.

All day moisturizing, keeps lips moist while wearing a surgical mask at work

We use this for us adults. We’re both (husband & self) at that age where we’re getting random, patchy dry spots that *seem* to be Eczema as our skin gets thinner- normal lotion burns & doesn’t seem to help at ALL.
We follow a keto/carnivore diet & I’ve heard folks in the space talking all about animal based lotions - tried this out & WOW! It feels thick for a moment, then seems to just melt right in & the random dry patchiness has ceased. Really neat & so grateful we didn’t spend $$$ on a dermatologist that probably would have handed us something medicated and also $$$

Best lip balm I've ever bought! The scent is delicious too. I bought the lavender mint flavor & with the cocoa butter as one of the main ingredients it reminds me, ever so slightly, of mint chocolate chip ice cream. I like it so much that I doubt I'm going to try the other flavors. This one is PERFECT! Worth every penny. I use several times per day & still plenty left in the container after 3 months! I've even used it occasionally on my hands & face.

I love this! It tastes good on my lips, and I use it for my cuticles or any dry spot. It stays on my lips a long time.

I have incredibly sensitive, dry, peeling lips. After trying EVERYTHING, this is my all time favorite lip balm. It is very soothing and lasts and it does not make the peeling worse, as most other products do. My lips do still peel, as they have for the past 30 years, but this helps ease the discomfort more than anything else has and feels the best.

This tastes like a vanilla and spice. I was aiming for vanilla and orange to get familiar with that favorite popsicle but I couldnt get past the spice taste. I actually just tried to like it but didnt unfortunately.

I love FATCO stick! I find it very moisturizing especially with it being made of tallow and other clean ingredients. It is not drying. I’ve only applied it to my lips.

subtle scent, likable... a bit different than a usual orange/vanilla scent. I have used it on lips as well as other areas, including my face without any reaction. Nice product.

It's a good moisturizer but it's not the tallow I am used to. I can also smell a very strong cocoa smell which I'm not a fan of.
