I have three different tallows. This one is by far the greasiest one and takes the longest to soak in. I use it at night for the magnesium and sleep assist. I feel like this one makes my skin baby smooth. I use the other less greasy ones in the morning ing and afternoon. Yes I’m addicted to tallow. I’ve had terrible melasma from medicine on my cheeks and the tallow has almost resolved it.

It's definitely moisturizing, but doesn't treat eczema...not that it's advertised, so I'm not deducting starts :)Feels very rich. A little pricey.

Didn’t think I’d be the type of guy to care about this stuff, but honestly this balm surprised me. I started using it after the gym on sore shoulders and it actually helps me relax way quicker. The magnesium definitely chills me out too. I’ll put it on before bed and I’m out way faster. Plus, it doesn’t feel greasy or heavy like most balms, it’s smooth and clean. Feels like something that should cost way more. It’s also great for the face, no issues with clogged pores on my end after starting slow to see how I would react.

OK, this balm moisturizes really well. At first I thought it was kind of greasy, but once you rub it in, it doesn't leave a greasy feeling at all. It looks and feels a lot like coconut oil. It seems like my skin just sucks it up and it makes my hands really soft. However, it does have a bit of a beefy smell. If I didn't know it was beef tallow, I'm not sure I'd guess it was beef; but I'd just think it smelled a little weird. But my dog seems to know it's beef because she wouldn't stop trying to lick my hands! This is just something to be aware of if you have a pup.It's also very, very pricey for just 2.5 ounces. I know beef tallow is the trendy thing at the moment, but this seems a little crazy to me.

Amazing - incredibly nourishing and soaks in quickly, leaving my skin soft without any greasy residue. I love that it’s made with just a few clean ingredients, and the natural scent is subtle but comforting.

I started using this every morning and have really liked it overall. The texture is satisfying, it almost feels like a protective layer over your skin without feeling overly greasy. Even though it is unscented there is definitely a slight odor to it while still in the jar, but once you take some out and apply it to your skin it isn't noticeable.

Looks gritty but applies on smooth as silk. Perfect for dry hands and feet. Absorbs well. Appreciate that it's unscented. Ingredients include beef tallow, jojoba oil, dead sea salt, manuka honey. Overall, this 2.5 oz whipped tallow moisturizer is a 5. The price is a little high for me.

I’ve only been using this for a couple days, but I have noticed my dryness going away. I have allergies to everything, but I have not had any reaction to this. I also am sensitive to smells and it is a very faint earthy, vanilla smell. I’ve noticed it takes a little bit to soak into the skin, but does not feel greasy on the hands. I think it’s a great price and I would definitely purchase this 2.5 oz of tallow.

As someone who has struggled with dry skin that reacts poorly to standard lotion, I’ve been looking for a healthy alternative that doesn’t result in a reaction. Skin doesn’t feel dry for at least 24 hours. Ingredients are all natural and super healthy. Also love the fact it doesn’t leave a strong smell. It’s neutral!!Recommend this product to those with sensitive, dry skin!!

This is the moisturizer that got my skin through winter 2025. My skin was so dry from the dry, freezing air I was in misery. I like that this tallow has magnesium in it, and that is why I purchased this one over other brands. The first time I applied it, my skin felt comfortable, finally. And it stayed that way! It did not get sticky or greasy, or dry up. The tallow created the perfect skin barrier for my poor face, neck and chest. Bought some for both my daughters, and my baby granddaughter. Highly recommend!!

Tallow is great in general. I like tallow balms and soap.This whipped tallow in unscented is Great. I'll be shocked if I use this jar in 6 months. A tiny bit goes a long ways.

I absolutely love this bison tallow balm. I prefer the unscented over the rose one personally. I've tried a few. I live in the desert, so, my skin is very dry.I can use it all over my body without any issues.

Unscented is not my fav but consistency is good and very moisturizing

Fantastic! This is whipped, so light. The fragrance is simple and barely there. I use this instead of lotions and creams. This should be a permanent change for me. No chemicals. Clean and easy moisturizer. High quality.

This is probably one of my favorite balms so far!At the time of placing the order this was $35 which at the time I thought was pricey. But now that I have the jar and used it for several days I am totally in love and so happy I ordered it!The texture is heavenly. It's whipped but it's still a nice heavy consistency that melts right into my skin and it feels great. It absorbs without being greasy and completely deeply hydrates my skin. I am not using it on my face because I feel it's too heavy for my sensitive fair skin but it's definitely great on my hands which I wash probably about 20 times a day and it's great on my heels and I just absolutely love the texture and the feel.Start off with less than you think you'll need because this absolutely is one of those things where a little bit goes a long way! The heat of your hands will melt the balm and make it very viscous. You can always add more so start with less than you think you need.I feel like this is a very high quality balm and the scent is a deep natural vanilla and it's not chemically at all. It's as if I was baking vanilla cookies in my house. It's a wonderful scent.
