Citrus & Honey Tallow Balm

This balm is amazing. It is hard to find one that smells good and also doesn’t leave a residue on your skin. The smell is phenomenal not over powering at all. I highly recommend giving it a try!

This product feels so smooth and makes my hands feel velvet soft. My fair part is the scent! The combination of citrus and honey is wonderful. I will definitely use this daily. Feels good knowing I’m using a natural product too!

As someone who has suffered from dry itchy skin most of my life this balm was everything it says and more! My skin stayed soft even after hand washing. For those who appreciate all natural ingredients, this product is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Lovely citrus scent. Absorbs quickly—at least on my old decrepit skin. I’ll come back and provide an update if I notice a difference after daily use for 8 weeks or so.

Smells wonderful. After using it a week or two on my face and neck, I was shocked to see that the age/sun related discoloration on my chest faded considerably. It's so light I barely notice it now. I'm happy with the effects on my face as well. I think it's improving it. I've been able to rub it in well enough that it hasn't gotten on my clothes and I can wear it under my makeup. I've also worn it to bed at night. I'll keep buying this brand because it doesn't have a beef smell. Just smells like citrus.

Excellent so far! Only greasy if you use too much. If so, blot with a soft towel. Fresh clean citrus scent!

Ok, I've only used this for one night and one day and I have to say - I can notice how supple it makes my skin. I do have some crepe adult skin and this seems to really moisturize and hydrate. The size is a little smaller than I expected, however, a little goes a long way. The smell is nice and I think this will get some good value for my money.

I have been using this tallow for a couple of weeks and I love it! It smells nice and leaves my skin super hydrated. I even feel like my expression lines are not as noticeable.

Effectiveness: I tried it for about two weeks so maybe that wasn’t long enough but I did feel like there was some hydration to start but I still needed to apply some sort of moisturizer after 10-15 minutes or so. I followed the “a little goes a long way” method so maybe I just needed to add a tad more, but it did spread easily so you really don’t need much.Quality: It has a slightly oily texture (as expected), didn’t irritate my sensitive skin, and smelled really nice (citrusy)!Value: Even though it’s a small jar, with how easy it spreads, I feel like this would last me a while, at least 3 months. Something I would get again if it did give my skin more hydration.

I’ve read a lot of reviews for tallow balms and this brand stood out above the rest so I gave it a try. Many people complain about the awful smell of beef tallow products…this one is scented with sweet orange which I find very pleasing. It is not overpowering and the smell fades quickly once applied. It has an extremely smooth, velvety texture and the sheen absorbs on my normal to dry skin pretty fast. Yes, it goes on looking shiny at first…it’s an oil & honey balm so this is obviously expected. I wipe my cheeks and forehead with the back of my hands if I use too much. It makes your hands feel wonderful too. As others have pointed out, a little dab goes a long way. Apply just a fingertip tap at a time and it gives you a nice glow that makes your skin feel soft & moisturized. If your face seems greasy, you’re using too much.

I wanted a clean, nontoxic alternative to lotion and after a good amount of research decided to try this product. It was hard to pull the plug and buy it because of the high price, but I'm glad I did. The scent is great, very citrusy. It also hydrates very well. My hands were very dry and chapped and were soft within a week or two of use, even if I don't apply it daily. I also use this on my face daily and love the way it makes my face feel. It has reduced redness on my face making me comfortable going in public without makeup. It also makes my makeup look better when I put this on my face first instead of the cerave lotion I used to use.I also used this on my 2 year old's face when he had a red, bumpy rash. I applied it on his face 2-3 times and his face cleared up in 2 days. As a bonus, my son loved putting this on because it smells so good. Love this stuff!

Smells great and goes on smooth

Wonderful night-time intense facial healing moisturizer! This is a high quality product. It's silky and does not clog my pores. The smell is really nice - very citrusy. A little of it goes a long way and, because of this, I expect this little tub will last me quite a long time. I've used it for all parts of my body - it will make your skin GLOW! It comes in a nice gift-able box as well.

I love that this is all natural and really hydrates and plumps my skin. It smells really nice also.

Not too greasy with a nice scent.

This balm is super moisturizing and nourishing for all skin types. It is not greasy and leaves my skin feeling soft and revitalized. As an added bonus, it smells lovely too. Highly recommend this product!

I have persistently dry skin, especially in the winter months, and find myself having to lather lotion on multiple times a day just to avoid the ashy look, but man oh man does this stuff do wonders. I was a little put off initially at the thought of rubbing cow fat all over myself, but after seeing some recommendations for it, decided to give it a try. It lasts all day and I find myself having to use less of it over time, which to me means it’s probably healing my skin long term. Can’t go back to regular lotion after this!

It smells fantastic and is smooth. It rubs in easily. My husband uses it on his face and has cured his dry skin.

This stuff is incredible. I’m in nursing school and bartend, and nothing helps my chapped, perpetually dry hands like this. It’s smells better than other tallow products I’ve tried, and is the perfect size to put in my bag. If you’re on the fence, get it, you won’t regret it.

I went in vacation to a different climate, much drier than I'm used to, there was also a lot of pollution and I was using some makeup remover wipes that caused a reaction. All of this wrecked my skin leaving it dry, itchy and flaky. I returned home to my normal routine, heavily moisturizing to try to help my skin but nothing was working after weeks. First use of this and my skin is already 90% improved. And it smells so nice. It's a small quantity but since it's a balm, u don't need to use much, it goes a long way.

Product smells nice and feels silky going on. Skin immediately feels hydrated and soft. Unfortunately the box was smashed and the lid was cracked when it arrived. Will still use product but delivery & handling needs improvement.

Wow. Amazing stuff. After using it for a week I am all in. It's like I happened upon a secret discovery (hehe) and now gifting it to friends and family for the holidays.I get dry hands, particularly in the winter time. I've tried all kinds of moisturizers. I end up using a ton, with the creams barely making a dent and the petroleum based lotions feeling greasy.My wife is VERY particular about her skin care products. Harvest & Herd smells so nice and works so well she too is sold. Just a little bit goes a long way. Feels like high quality ingredients.Hope they come out with more products!

I have an eczema patch on my finger that always gets dried out from washing my hands so I need an intense moisturizer for it. This stuff has been great, somehow manages to stay on my skin without leaving it greasy. My wife has added it to her nightly face skin care routine since it doesn’t clog pores, and she’s thrilled about what it does to her skin. The scent is pleasing with no weird smell that a lot of tallow products have. I will be buying this stuff again (although not anytime soon since a little of it goes a LONG way I’ll have this jar for a while)
