2-Year Return Policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within two years of delivery for a refund, minus a $9.95 handling fee and return shipping (higher for international orders). We’ll provide a prepaid label, and incorrectly shipped items are exempt from fees. Irregular, renewed products and mattress toppers are final sale. Items must be used as intended and free of damage beyond normal wear. Refunds for Affirm purchases exclude interest already paid.

An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

What cannot be returned?
  • Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
  • Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
  • Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
  • Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:

  • The item and the reported issue
  • The product packaging and seals
  • The outer shipping package and shipping label

Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

Who pays return shipping?

Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?

Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products

Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.

Cancellations and exchanges

Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

What is the thread count of your bedding?

We have a 180 thread count using single ply yarn. Higher thread count is not necessarily better.
Are your sheets made from organic cotton?

Our sheets are made with 100% USA Cotton, 45% of that cotton is organic. All of our cotton comes from
small farms in Texas.
Why aren’t your sheets made of 100% Organic Cotton?

We have had to change our fiber contents to 55% USA cotton/45% USA organic cotton due to availability. We continue to buy and utilize cotton fibers in our products that are grown and harvested solely in the United States. This cotton is grown with the most sustainable and
environmental protocols found anywhere in the world. In addition, our suppliers
of both yarn and weaving are members of the US Cotton Trust, which ensures the integrity of these protocols.
How to soften cotton sheets?

Cotton bedsheets get softer over time. They soften each time you use them and wash them. If you would like, you could use some environmentally friendly fabric softener or vinegar and/or Wool Dryer Balls to help make your sheets feel softer even faster.
How do I know if a textile item is made in the USA? 

From boll to box, American Blossom manufactures the only organic cotton sheets that are 100% Made in the USA. The cotton for the fabric is grown here, the cloth is woven here, and the linens are cut and sewn here. Other companies make similar claims, but similar is not the same! 
What does Percale mean?

It’s a one-over-one weave.
