From what I can tell, it seems like it has helped with diaper rash. I do feel like it still should be coupled with a cream. I did have issues with the pump though coming back up. And because it wasn’t coming back up, the liquid would leak out in the cap, making it so I would get wet every time I opened it. As long as I make sure it’s pulled back up though it’s fine.

I think Buddle and Evereden are becoming my favorite brands for baby things. This foam cleanser is really nice for sensitive skin, not just for those born with sensitive skin, but also when the skin becomes sensitive. One example of the later is diarrhea which cause skin damage from the alkaline digestive juices contained in poorly processed food stuffs. When the baby's bottom is raw, even rubbing the skin lightly with wipes can cause much pain. Applying this foam cleanser and wiping away helps clean without needing to scrub and therefore without causing too much pain.

Use with blowouts on the go when need a really good clean.

Great cleanser for messy diapers. I love to use this after a very messy diaper as it helps really clean your baby to avoid diaper rashes on sensitive skin. Definitely a must have!

I have no idea how, but this works WONDERS on the “poopy smell” that lingered on my baby, no mater how many wipes I’d used. It is gentle on my their skin. My baby has pretty reactive skin to most brands and wipes but happy to report that this product didn’t give any issues to her skin. 10/10!!

I love this, wish I’d had it with my first. It makes cleaning after a #2 soooooo much easier. I use half the amount of wipes I would normally.The only con is the pump itself is not the easiest to use.

I LOVE buddle. Having that extra step to really clean your babies bottom is a life saver. This is easy my favorite to clean my baby after a bathroom mess in her diaper. Perfect for new parents and anyone really.

I’ve used this on my daughter during diaper changes since she was a newborn. She has had maybe one diaper rash her whole life (she’s now 20 months). I truly believe it’s thanks to this product. We ran out once and she developed a yeast rash. In addition to that, it really helps clean things up when changing a poopy diaper.

My baby was getting a red dry rash on his cheeks. Used this continently with a baby moisturizer and it cleared up.

Assuming this product does what it says it is, then works great (meaning it’s anti microbial)! My baby poops A LOT. To the point that her little booty cheeks were a slight tint of orange from her constant pooping. I NEVER let her sit in a solid diaper - even if she’s sleeping. She just poops that much. I put this on her after every diaper change now and the orange tint is gone! There’s no smell to the product either which is nice. I even started cleaning her hands with it! I’m only giving four stars because the pump isn’t great quality - like other reviewers said, but this really gets us through to the next bath day.

I have a fully potty trained son who is learning how to effectively wipe following a BM. He's not great at getting himself clean but I still need him to learn so I have been using this as a follow up product to really make sure he's clean later. Would definitely recommend. It makes cleaning not so clean messes easier.

This really helps clean up poopy diapers but also we use it on sticky hands all the time. It's so convenient because you don't need water, just this and a wipe.

My babe has sensitive skin and I needed something I could use that won't bring forth a skin reaction. I can honestly say this stuff works great and I haven't had any diaper rashes since using the system. It can be a little hard if you're trying to pump and hold your baby still, but it does wonders cleaning away and stuck on poop. Definitely more pricey than using regular wipes, but we do what we have to when it comes to our children. I definitely recommend this to people who worry about their children's sensitive skin and using normal wipes.

There are so many times when I’ve been changing my baby’s diaper and feel like I am just rubbing them raw to get their rear ends clean. This stuff is fantastic and I’m able to spray it directly onto their rear end and wipe everything away. I wasn’t sure if it needed to be cleaned off and my kids have very sensitive skin, but using another clean wipe afterwards was enough to get them all clean and they never developed a rash. I’ve tried this in conjunction with the other products that buddle has and they’ve all been fantastic.The only one minor negative I have is that sometimes the pump can be a challenge to spritz one handedly while trying to keep a wiggly baby contained.

This would be better if the soap went a longer ways. It doesn’t later on the body or even make more suds when wet. I had to use almost half the bottle with the first use. Plus side is there is 0 scent that I can smell.

I like this foam cleanser as an alternative to other soaps or wipes that are less gentle with baby skin. Also, it doesn't need to be rinsed off with water so it seems more convenient, especially when going out. I need to give a try for longer in order to give a final verdict, but so far so good.

This works very well in cleaning a bottom after a messy diaper. Every now and again when diapers aren’t as tidy as your hope and wiping just isn’t quite doing the job this foam cleanser does an excellent job of giving that last little clean boost you want to feel confident that your little one is truly clean. I appreciate the extra confidence I get using this product.

I had an opportunity to try this 6.7 oz. bottle of foaming cleanser on my grandson. It is a gentle foaming cleanser and works on both sets of cheeks! I like that it is pediatrician and dermatologist tested and that there are no added parabens or fragrances. It is unscented. I like that it is small and portable so you can take it with you where ever you go! It is a bit on the expensive side but a nice product.
