Meet Big Stick, Rancho Bombero’s all-purpose grooming balm for dry skin, lips, beards, mustaches, and hair. A nourishing blend of beeswax, shea butter, mango butter, avocado oil, meadowfoam oil, aloe butter, and vitamin E helps soften and condition without unnecessary synthetic ingredients. Wear it on pulse points as a solid fragrance featuring refreshing citrus layered with warm, smoky palo santo. The scent typically lasts two to four hours and can be worn alone or paired with your favorite fragrance.

How to use

HAIR/BEARD: Take your finger or the back of your fingernail and scoop a dime size chunk of balm off the top of the tube. Place it in the palm of your hands and rub them together. Run your hands through your hair, beard or mustache to use as a styling agent.

FACE: Run the balm under your eyes, nose and on your lips for instant relief.

BODY: Apply balm directly to rough patches of skin, hand, knuckles, elbows, knees, ankles or to protect new tattoos from the elements.

SCENT: Glide on wrist or neck to use as your signature scent or pair with your favorite cologne or perfume.

What is processing time?

Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.

Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

Who pays return shipping?

Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.

When will my refund be issued?

Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.

Candles and fragrance products

Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.

Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.

Cancellations and exchanges

Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
