Who pays return shipping?

Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Story behind FATCO Skincare Products

FATCO stands out because it was making tallow skincare long before tallow became a beauty trend.

Founder Cassy Burnvoth came to skincare through an engineering background and an interest in ancestral nutrition. After researching grass-fed tallow, she began formulating products herself and built FATCO around the same philosophy she applied to food: keep ingredients recognizable and purposeful.

We also appreciate the brand's nose-to-tail philosophy. FATCO specifically uses suet from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle, turning a traditionally underused part of the animal into face, body, baby, and personal care products.
