About Evie Olive Oil

Where are the olives grown?

On family farms in California. The Bold oil is made from Koroneiki olives grown in the San Joaquin Valley.
How is the oil made?

Organic, non-GMO, mono-varietal olives are harvested early and cold-pressed within hours of picking, in small batches.
What's the difference between Bold and Smooth?

Bold is rich and earthy with a peppery finish and Evie's highest polyphenol count (304 mg/kg), great for finishing and dipping. Smooth has a grassy, mellow flavor for everyday cooking, salads, and dipping bread.
Is it certified organic?

Yes. The Smooth oil is listed as certified organic and Non-GMO verified, and both oils come in 375 ml recyclable bottles.
What size are the bottles?

Both Bold and Smooth come in 375ml bottles. The packaging is fully recyclable, and each bottle is labeled with its batch number.
What makes early-harvest oil different?

Evie picks its olives early and cold-presses them within hours. The brand says this gives its oils polyphenol levels 5 to 9 times the average and a rich, robust flavor.
