Where has this been all my life?! The five stars is for the deodorant and I would give 2-3 for the package design, it’s messy. Buttttt I’ve never had a natural deodorant work so incredibly well. I don’t even need to re-apply in the afternoon. Amazing!! I live in a hot, dry climate…90-100+ degrees in the summer.

Only natural deoderant i can use that doesn't make me smell at all and doesn't burn my armpits. Not sticky at all, just a little pricy for the size

It works. No irritation, no bumps, no problems. I’ve tried EVERY SINGLE OTHER deodorant on the market that claimed to be non-irritating and there was only one other besides the Van Man that worked. Since I buy other Van Man bits (toothpaste, soap, balm, oil) I stuck with the deodorant as well. I appreciate the brand and the fact they keep their promise.

I’ve been using this deodorant for a few months now, yes it lasts that long. Use a pea size literally. It’s a tiny bit thick but goes on smoothly. I’ve stayed dry and odor free with no issues. I have been using other natural brands that just didn’t agree with me. I really like this one.

Keep buying this, it smells good easy to apply. Texture can be a little greasy if over applied but a little goes a long way. Dries quickly but doesn’t stop sweating, mostly a deodorant than antiperspirant. Use about 1 a month in the summer if applying 2x per day. Also most people have magnesium deficiency and aluminum found in other deodorants can be toxic. Good stuff all around, highly recommend.

The search for a clean and "crunchy" deodorant has ended! This has been everything I've been searching for and what a relief it is. For those who truly care about the things we use on our skin, this is for you! It's not slimy or cakey. It smells light and pleasant, no heavy smell or covering scents. You only need a small amount so the jar lasts a while. It's the perfect size to throw in your bag during the warm months.

Hands down the best natural deodorant I've tried so far! (And I've tried quite a few, including Lūme, Schmidts, native, hume & small businesses deodorants) the van man's deodorant is very gentle on my very sensitive skin, it glides on smoothly and is soothing to my pits after shaving. When I sweat I don't smell horrible, it lasts almost 24 hours on me too ( but I do apply it once a day) with moderate sweating.For a truly clean deodorant, that works all day, it's definitely worth the money. It looks like it should last me at least 3 months, but I'll come back when I'm done with it and say how long it lasted applying 1x per day.

This has worked the most of the natural deodorants that I’ve tried but I do find my self needing to reapply after the gym .I originally used primally pure and salt and stone but wanted to switch to something with a more eco friendly packaging .The consistency is very soft so if you push the bar out too far you end up with too much so be careful .

I love all of the Van Man products! If you shop on the website, you can get samples of most products to try. This deodorant doesn’t have a strong smell, and it works for me. I have been using natural, nontoxic deodorants for many years. I think there’s an adjustment period for most people until your body detoxes from the unhealthy ingredients. I wasn’t a fan of applying with my finger tips at first, but I got used to it quickly. I think I use a lot less than I would I’d it were in an applicator container. There’s no waste. Every bit can be used. The small sample size lasted a very long time. I haven’t noticed that it has stained anything. I’m also not over applying, so that probably helps. I think there’s lots of value for the money. I definitely recommend The Van Man deodorant!
