An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will my refund be issued?

Candles and fragrance products

Cancellations and exchanges

I've been having a Bed Time Latte every night for a week in conjunction with some Chinese supplement and I can say that they both complement each other because I've finally been able to have uninterrupted sleep. I just bought a Vitamix and was looking for something legitimate to purchase so I could add it to my morning smoothies. I bought Reishi from Sun Potion because I know it will be good quality, because the glass jar is beautiful AND reusable, and because reishi is actually good for you (backed by actual science, unlike many other powders that are sold). The smell doesn't bother me and I can't really taste it when I add it to my smoothies (you only need a small amount).Of course, I'm not expecting instant results with Reishi (it's used to boost the immune system), but I'm certain it will help in the long run. Plus, who doesn't love adding little potions to their smoothies?! It's so fun and I don't feel guilty for buying it because it's not a gimmick product.

Don’t expect this to taste “good,” in our topical terms. I enjoy the earthiness to the mushrooms and the mix ability is great. I mix it in with my coffee or my morning oats. I like to have a stronger flavor to mask the strong earthiness of the mushroom, but that’s just me. Product is expensive, but the serving size is 1g and most others are .5 or less, so you’re definitely getting your money worth here!

I put this into my protein shakes and it is tasteless which is good and it dissolves, and as far as I can tell it makes me feel better when I use it on a regular basis.
