Maintain the performance of your gravity-fed water filtration system with the Sertodo PureFlow Ionic Pleat Replacement Water Filter. Engineered with advanced electrokinetic nanofiber technology and a high-performance carbon block core, PureFlow is designed to reduce PFAS (forever chemicals), microplastics, fluoride, lead, chlorine, and other drinking water contaminants.
Made in the USA for Sertodo, these replacement filters are compatible with all Sana Vida copper water filtration systems and are available in two sizes to accommodate different filtration needs.
Advanced Two-Stage Water Filtration
Each PureFlow filter combines two filtration technologies to address a broad range of contaminants commonly associated with municipal water supplies, industrial activity, and agricultural runoff.
Electrokinetic Nanofiber Membrane
The pleated electropositive nanofiber membrane uses an ionic attraction mechanism to capture negatively charged contaminants. Designed to target PFAS, microplastics, and certain microorganisms, the pleated construction increases available filtration surface area for effective gravity-fed filtration.
High-Performance Carbon Block Core
A dense compound carbon block provides an additional filtration stage, reducing chlorine, chloramine, fluoride, lead, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), pesticides, herbicides, and other contaminants.
The PureFlow filter contains no activated alumina.
Broad-Spectrum Contaminant Reduction
According to Sertodo's published filtration performance data, PureFlow filters provide the following contaminant reductions under tested conditions:
- More than 99% reduction: PFAS, including PFOA and PFOS, microplastics, chlorine, chloramine, lead, and certain pharmaceuticals.
- More than 98% reduction: Heavy metals, VOCs, trihalomethanes (THMs), glyphosate, pesticides, and herbicides.
- More than 95% reduction: Fluoride, including common forms added to municipal drinking water.
- More than 94% reduction: Radionuclides.
Additional contaminants addressed include mercury, asbestos, and MTBE.
Filtration performance figures are reported by Sertodo and reflect specified testing conditions. Actual performance and filter life depend on incoming water quality and usage.

Designed for Sertodo Sana Vida Water Filtration Systems
The PureFlow Ionic Pleat Filter is compatible with all Sertodo Sana Vida copper gravity water filtration systems, including systems originally equipped with other Sertodo filtration options.
It also fits most other gravity water filtration systems designed for 7-inch filter elements, subject to dimensional compatibility.
No electricity or plumbing is needed when used with a compatible gravity-fed filtration system.
Replacement & Maintenance
For consistent filtration performance, replace each PureFlow filter at its rated gallon capacity or once per year, whichever comes first.
Before drinking water from a newly installed filter, Sertodo recommends running two full upper chambers of water through the system and discarding the filtered water.
Important: Unlike Sertodo's ceramic-shell filters, the PureFlow nanofiber membrane cannot be scrubbed or cleaned to restore filtration flow. For water containing substantial sediment or suspended particles, consider prefiltration or an appropriate ceramic-shell filtration alternative.

What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Carrier transit begins after processing is complete and the package has been accepted for shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.
This allows us to offer a much broader selection of American-made products while supporting the independent businesses that make them.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Products in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations.
As a result, items may:
- Ship on different days
- Arrive in separate packages
- Have different tracking numbers
- Use different shipping carriers or services
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the rest of your order is missing.
How are shipping rates calculated?

Carrier delays & missing packages
After a package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, transit may be affected by weather, holidays, peak-volume periods, transportation disruptions, or other carrier conditions outside our control.
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, check:
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Porches, side doors, garages, and other delivery areas
- Parcel lockers or building mailrooms
Carrier scans can occasionally appear shortly before final delivery. If the package still cannot be located, we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Packages returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again.

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags, seals, accessories, and protective packaging intact
- Original packaging included
- Proof of purchase available
Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
- Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items
Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
- Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after inspection.
Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.
