So far so good. I haven't experienced any issues with these. They are individually packs of 20 which I love makes it easier to travel with and add to my water. I started added creatine post workout as research shows its more effective after workout versus before. Water intake has also increased. It also dissolves well. No grainy taste at all

It's getting harder to find plain creatine. Most companies want to add other supplements or things like collagen to their formulations. The issue is that if you already have a supplement regimen (mine is comprehensive), you probably don't want your creatine with other things in it. I just want plain creatine. And I don't want mega doses! Well, this product is PERFECT! Plain creatine in a nice dose... NOTHING ELSE IN IT! A remarkably clean supplement that is packaged to be easy. It's already measured out in individual packs, great for busy people. You can throw it in your gym bag or day bag so you won't forget it and these are fantastic for travel too! This is a little over a dollar per serving, which considering how clean the supplement is and the convenience packaging, I don't think is bad. I recommend this, I like it!

Great, reputable brand. No sugar, no flavor, mixes very well into any beverage. I like to use it along with "water enhancer" flavors in ice cold water but this works well with anything. Has not caused any stomach upset. Has improved my performance, physically and mentally. I love love love this product and the single serve packets are super convenient if I want to add my creatine to something while I'm on the go. Of note is that I have not used any other creatine products like this before and have nothing to compare it to, but I am very happy with this as is. Highly recommend!

It's a little but more expensive then buying it in a bulk container, but the clean formula and convenience makes it worth it.

In terms of the product itself, there's not much to say here. It's 100% creatine monohydrate. Nothing super fancy or special, although I do very much like that it made in the USA, GMP certified and lab tested. You can absolutely find this product with those same criteria cheaper elsewhere. What you are paying for here is the convenience of 5g single serving packaging, which I very much appreciate as a I travel for work often. Yes, I can take some of my creatine from my canister at home and put it in a smaller travel canister at a much lower unit cost. But at about $1 per serving the convenience factor of throwing these in a suitcase and having the ability to tear a package to get that 5g daily is worth it. I wouldn't buy this for everyday use, but if you use creatine everyday and travel quite often this is a good option.

If you try to eat as cleanly as possibly, this might be the creatine for you. It is packets of unflavored creatine, without any weird additives. It seems like every creatine supplement out there has artificial flavors and extra vitamins, or even caffeine. This is simply creatine. It dissoves in my shaker just fine, and adds no flavor. I like it in unsweetened cold tea, but if I had it in just water I would probably add some lemon juice.

I got these creatine packets to take with me on an upcoming vacation.
