Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags, seals, accessories, and protective packaging intact
- Original packaging included
- Proof of purchase available
Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging
- Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards, digital products, sale, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or hazardous items
Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return circumstances.
- Applicable original-shipping and return-label costs may be deducted.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after inspection.
Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible item, the fastest option is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.

Since the gift for 7th Wedding Anniversary is Wool and/or Copper, I purchased this copper wine bottle coaster and a set of wool flannel glass coasters as an anniversary gift. Those two items made a very nice gift with the appropriate significance.
I was really glad to finally find a larger coaster in solid copper - the largest I could find in other brands was 4.25" diameter, and those worked well for my smaller plant pots, but I needed something larger to use as a drainage tray/saucer for my two 5" modern-rustic deep brown zisha succulent pots. The 5.5" coaster is perfect for them, now that I've added little rubber feet to the bottom of the pots and felt pads to the bottom of the coasters, and I love the way the bright copper looks against the dark matte-brown pots. The price per each is a bit more than I wanted to pay, but it's reasonable for solid copper with a decent thickness and good-quality hammered texture. I also ended up getting two of the 4.5" size for my wider pots with smaller bases, and two of the 5.5" square coasters to hold my 7" pots with 5.5" bases (it's wide enough from corner to corner to work well for them).The only problem is the packaging! Sertodo really needs to protect these nice metal coasters from damage during shipping with something more than just a thin sheet of paper. Several of my coasters arrived with a bent edge because of this lack of proper protection.
I am very pleased with this purchase, though I use it as a candle holder. Shiny and eye catching. The craftsmanship is glorious.
It is made to be used as a wine bottle coaster but is big enough for me to use as a coaster for my big coffee mug. Well made and well packaged. Received in a timely manner.
These are beautiful, classy, and add bling. They have so many different uses. You can serve hors d’oeuvres on them, you can use them as decor, or you can use them as a tray for knickknacks.

Nice Quality would buy again
Absolutely love it! It tended to move a little bit because it was slightly bowed in the center. I added felt pads to the bottom to stabilize it and keep it from scratching my wood table.
These coasters are beautiful! I purchased them as a gift to be used with the Sertodo Bisotun pitcher -- the pitcher fits on the coaster perfectly, and the person I bought them for couldn't be happier.
Expensive, but has a very nice hand made appearance. However for this price I would have expected better packaging then a skimpy pc of tissue paper and saran wrap.

I don't like setting flower vases directly on wood surfaces. They have water in them, which means that water could get out and damage the table. To avoid this, I was using coasters under them. This worked, but it looked a little odd to see a standard coaster under a big crystal flower vase, so I looked around for something more suitable.This turned out to be perfect. It is a copper plate that is thick enough so that it won't bend, has an indent for the base of the vase that is big enough for it to fit into, and looks both hand-made and finely crafted. The little card that came with it said that the place that makes these does the finish by hitting it with a smooth domed hammer. The pattern is very regular for that, so I'm a bit skeptical, but there is no denying that the overall effect is a good one. I believe there is a clear coating over this, as I've had mine for a while now with no signs of tarnishing.This would also work really well for a big, thick candle. The light would bounce off the copper and look very nice.I ended up liking this so much I came back and bought a second one, for those times when I have enough flowers to fill two vases. They accomplish the task very well, and I'm very glad I found them.Recommended.Sean Logue, 2016
