What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.

My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.

An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products

Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

I'm not sure yet. I graduate got up to 20 drops a day. I’ve been at 20 drops a day for three days now I really haven’t noticed a change or difference in anything yet I’m debating whether or not if I should continue to keep taking it, I am really hopeful that it will work. Meraki Blu is excellent. Probably just a few at my age of 71 taking it. Been using it for almost 5 months now. Started with just a few drops (mixed with alittle water)...and gradually increased to 10 drops. Wouldn't recommend above 10 drops at one time. I have done 10 drops, and a few hours later took another 5 drops...but generally I stick to just 10drops daily, or when I want to be 'tuned in' on something. It's like any other drug...too much won't get you any higher or 'smarter'. Honestly, Merakiblu should contact me to get a perspective on an older person who has dissected BLU to an art. Great stuff when used responsibly..
