Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?

Cancellations and exchanges

I will preface this review by stating a bias, I absolutely love anima mundi products. This golden milk blend is delicious and warming. I blended it with burdock tea and added cinnamon and honey. Topped with coconut milk. Divine and nourishing for the winter months.
