The taste is not bad and it does exactly what it says it does

Always have this in stock at my house and have purchased for friends. Helps relax an overthinking mind or body to fall into a deep sleep. It is non habit forming and you don't need a lot, a little goes a long way.

The taste isn't bad but I didn't notice any extra in my dream cycle unlike the dream tea I drank. They need to offer that tincture on amazon..

First thing you need to be prepared for is the taste. As far as herbal supplement/extracts goes, it isn’t the worst. It isn’t the best either. I have tried it both straight under the tongue and down the hatch, as well as diluted in a little bit of water. It was less harsh with the water.As far as its ability to induce lucid dreaming, the jury is still out. It may be that one needs to take it consistently for a period of time to notice any remarkable effects. I will say the first night I used it I did notice a mild increase in dreaming overall, just not lucid ones.I really like this brand generally, so I will purchase again once I use this bottle up. It is a bit pricey to use often, however.

Definitely the most effective lucid dream potion Ive tried. 1 tsp and I had vivid beautiful dreams the first night. Not tasty but not an unpleasant flavor.

This elixir/potion is a great sleep aid that really works. It's completely natural without melatonin. I highly recommend this sleep aid.

It did enhance my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. Had pleasant dreams as well which is unusual for me.

I have aphantasia which is i am incapable of producing any kind of visuals or dreams in my head, i tried this to see if it helped , no dreams! No pictures in my head at all! But that aside it helped me sleep better 100%!! Great stuff!

I did not like the taste whatsoever, but I do feel it helped with dreaming. I hadn't been dreaming for the past year or so, or if so, infrequently. I dreamed every night while taking this and my dreams were more vivid. I came back to order more, but it's out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock. :(

This product is amazing! I cannot tolerate melatonin and this is a nice natural approach to sleep. I can only tolerate 5 drops at night though, instead of the recommended 1tsp. It is very strong. It has an earthy/floral taste but it is tolerable in water.

So, I didn't necessarily lucid dream but my dreams felt like they had an extra dimension. Its something different I can't quite explain. When I woke up, I needed a few minutes to figure out where I was. Looking forward to using this again.

I used this elixir by stacking it with Galantamine. Galantamine is a naturally occuring plant extract, taken from the Shorttube Lycoris Lily plant. Together, my dreams definitely got more vivid, and the closest I've experienced to Lucid. there's no way around lucid dreaming requiring training in concentration during the day, dream recall and logging, and some other hacks mentioned in Alan Wallace's book "DREAMING YOURSELF AWAKE"

I wish it was larger but it does the job

It does not taste well but the herbs used are bitter so that is to be expected. I put it in with the blue lotus tea and honey. I do sleep better with it if I go tying o sleep shortly after I drank it. Also keep in mind that it is a suspension so gently swirl before use.

This is fairly potent when taken a few days in a row it seems to build up and become more effective. I find that plain ginkgo biloba extract works better but this is still a close second.

So far so good. Had an amazing dream last night yay!
