What is processing time?
Processing time is the period between placing your order and the package being handed to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
During this time, your item may be picked, prepared, produced, finished, assembled, personalized, packed, or otherwise made ready for shipment.

Where does my order ship from?
My American Goods® uses a hybrid fulfillment model.
- Some products are stocked and shipped directly by My American Goods.
- Other products ship directly from the independent American brand or maker.

Is my item eligible for return?
An eligible return must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Returns require authorization. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
What cannot be returned?
- Food, beverages, snacks, honey, tea, coffee, pantry items, and other perishables or consumables
- Opened, tested, sampled, swatched, or used personal-care, skincare, beauty, fragrance, wellness, bath, body, soap, deodorant, or grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective packaging

Taste, texture, scent, expected flavor, and personal preference do not qualify as product defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of:
- The item and the reported issue
- The product packaging and seals
- The outer shipping package and shipping label
Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return-label rates vary by package size, weight, and destination.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are not issued when a label is created or when a package is first scanned. The return must be received and inspected before approval.

Candles and fragrance products
Candles and home-fragrance products cannot be returned because of scent preference. Fragrance is subjective, and natural variations are not defects.
Lit, burned, opened, melted, warmed, or otherwise used products are ineligible for return. Report confirmed damage or defects within 7 days and include photos.
Cancellations and exchanges
Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that window, processing or fulfillment may already have begun and changes are not guaranteed.

I use this stuff almost everyday. I mix it with black tea and cream. You can't taste it that way. Tried it in water but it tasted like a rock had been sitting in my drink. I never ever write reviews but this product WORKS! Not to mention the fact that it tastes delicious. I am so sharp and think more clearly. Everything just makes more sense... instead of thinking too much about my next step, I just do do do. The tonic itself is very concentrated and the ingredients say it all. I take 30-40 drops 3 times a day. No crash and I'm still able to sleep at night.This is coming from someone who's tried nearly everything... I used to take Gaia & herb pharm tonics for memory but found they did nothing and tasted horrible. I've also experimented with Host Defense supplements - also did nothing. Mind Lab Pro - nothing. And even after my failed attempt with Gaia tonics, I tried their supplements and all of them gave me a huge headache which I didn't think much of but this particular Anima Mundi product does not have any of these negative effects.The product lasts me about 2 weeks before I have to buy another bottle but it's worth every penny! Thank you Anima MundiUpdate: Bought this product again and it was not nearly as effective as the first round. Any suggestions or reasons why, Anima Mundi?
