So far so good with this! I used a shaker bottle to mix it up and didn’t have any issues, and the taste wasn’t bad! It did have a slight after taste, but that is likely just from the sweeteners used in it. For a vegan shake it wasn’t that bad and the nutrients were pretty good as well.
Overall, not a bad protein mix!

I struggle to get enough protein in every day, so I start literally every day with a protein shake to get my day started on a good note. This is really good blended with a bit of ice and espresso! The ingredients are super clean and it’s sweetened with a blend of stevia and monk fruit which are my two favorite non-sugar options. No complaints here! As with almost all plant based protein powders it’s slightly more gritty than a whey based option would be, but that’s pretty much just par for the course with plant based.

This nutrition protein shake is pretty decent. The ingredient list doesn't contain anything artificial and it uses plant based protein. The sweeteners are stevia and monk fruit, both are natural.

The single packs are easy to open. Mixing to a more smooth consistency did take a bit of effort though without a blender. I was not able to stir it in and had to shake very rigorously which still left some little bits of grittiness. A blender bottle worked a lot better.

The taste of vanilla and spices I enjoyed. It is pretty sweet but it did leave a lingering aftertaste of the stevia and monk fruit.

I liked it decent enough and will finish the pack off. The mixing effort is a bit high for me personally so I won't be getting this again.

These are alright. The Spiced Vanilla is definitely spiced but less so vanilla. I also felt these were super duper grainy. I'm someone with texture issues, so these didn't pass the test for me. Overall, they're okay but for sure not for me. If you like Spiced Vanilla flavoring. you'll love these!

This smoothie base is packed with nutrients, and I do feel good after using it regularly in my morning routine. That said, the taste is just okay, bland and definitely not something I’d enjoy on its own. It's better mixed with fruits or spices. It’s a bit on the pricey side too, which makes me hesitate to reorder unless I find it on sale. Overall, it does the job, but don’t expect anything flavor-wise to be amazing.
